Terrena, supported by Sofiprotéol, has begun exclusive negotiations with D&P Participations to purchase D&P’s controlling stake in Doux

Terrena, supported by Sofiprotéol as minority shareholder, has signed an exclusive agreement with D&P Participations, a subsidiary of the Calmels family’s holding company, with a view to purchasing its 52.5% controlling interest in Doux Group.

Terrena and Dawn Meats confirm Elivia joint venture plan

Dawn Meats will acquire a 49% equity stake in Elivia with an option to increase to 70% by 2019. Terrena launches an ambitious 3-year capital expenditure programme to modernize Elivia’s production sites and IT.
