Terrena Meunerie represents the flour milling activity of Terrena Group and have been a member of the ‘Festival des Pains’ brand since their creation.
Terrena Meunerie, the Terrena flour milling activity, takes its wheat supplies almost exclusively from its members, in particular through the AgriConfiance® certification. This method helps to satisfy customer expectations in terms of origin, traceability and respect for the environment.
In 2015, Terrena launched a range of flour La Nouvelle Agriculture, made of 7 selected wheat varieties. Terrena Meunerie currently has 8 mills throughout the west of France and an ingredient-mixing centre (mixers, pre-mixers, improving agents, seeds…) based near Nantes.
Terrena Meunerie laboratories monitor the quality of its flour on a permanent basis and invest in Research & Development to develop new products. Terrena Meunerie is a founder member of the ‘Festival des Pains’ group, leading to a long-standing partnership between Terrena Meunerie and bakers in the west of France.
