Terrena Rabbit Production
Terrena, a French leader in rabbit production, is highly experienced in all segments of the industry chain, from the Cholet rabbit food factory to the Multilap production site. The breeders’ growing expertise in the different production factors are now resulting in the elimination of antibiotics and weaning upon removal of the rabbits.
Multilap / ALPM
ALPM was created in 2012 through the merger of the family-run firm Loeul et Piriot (60%) and the Terrena cooperative (32% via the contribution of Multilap). In 2012, Terrena launched its first La Nouvelle Agriculture® rabbit products. ALPM, one of the leaders on the rabbit market, has modernised this meat, by innovating with a whole range of products (rabbit with significant Omega-3 content, guaranteeing a high level of natural poly-unsaturated fatty acids).
